Variety Description:
 
This variety was developed in Utah and is performing well in a variety of climates, including hot arid desert regions, high altitude mountainous regions, and the coastal and inland regions of the Pacific Northwest. Nice oil content, which contributes to its medium-bodied rich flavor. This is a hardneck garlic variety, which will produce delicious scapes in the spring (harvested prior to the bulbs).
